It can be used to assess the risks associated with your body weight. BMI also helps you to keep up your healthy body weight according to the height.
- BMI less than 18.5 : Underweight
- BMI 18.5 – 24.9 : Healthy body weight
- BMI 25 – 29.9 : Overweight
- BMI 30 – 34.9 : Obese (class 1)
- BMI 35 – 39.9 : Obese (class 11)
- BMI 40 or above : Obese (class 111)
