A Few Health Benefits of Low-fat Diet

Weight loss

You can achieve a significant body weight loss by eating a low-fat diet without dieting. Therefore, choose low-fat or non-fat foods for your diet daily.


Low-fat diet reduces the risk of some diseases.

If you consume a low-fat diet, you can lower the risk for diabetes mellitus, ischaemic heart disease, some cancers (breast and colorectal cancers), and stroke. Symptoms of Gastritis and GORD (gastro-oesophageal reflux disease) are improved with low-fat diet.
